The Concorde is a turbojet-powered supersonic passenger aircraft, which was jointly developed by Britain’s British Aircraft Corporation (BAC) and France’s Aerospatiale under an Anglo-French treaty in early 1960’s. With its first commercial flight taking place in 1976, it remained in service for 27 years. Only 20 Concordes were ever produced, with only 14 flying commercially, 7 by British Airways and 7 by Air France. The Concorde used 4 Rolls-Royce/SNECMA Olympus afterburning turbojet engines to get to supersonic speeds, reaching 1,350mph, it flew at Mach 2.0 airspeed, more than twice the speed of sound. Measuring nearly 204 feet in length with seating for 92 to 128 passengers, the aircraft stretched between 6 and 10 inches in flight due to heating of the airframe. It also flew higher than other commercial airliners, flying at altitudes of about 50 to 55 thousand feet. At this height it was possible to see the curvature of the Earth and air turbulence was less, meaning a less bumpy flight. As its needle shaped design made it difficult for pilots to see the runway during take-off and landing, the nose droops 5 degrees for take-off and 12.5 degrees for landing for better visibility. A typical London to New York crossing would take a little less than three and a half hours as opposed to about eight hours for a regular commercial flight. Concorde recorded its fastest journey from New York to London on January 1st 1983, taking 2 hours 56 minutes. Perishable & Chocolate Shipping Options
During hotter months of April - September, perishable and products that melt easily require expedited 1-2 day shipping for $25.00 and will be packages with cold ice packs to keep your order cool during transit. Please note that ice packs will melt during transit but will keep your product cool during shipping.
Candy & Chocolate shipments are not guaranteed to arrive in solid form with out the purchase of this insulated packaging and shipping. We do not accept liability for melted merchandise without expedited shipping. Any melted or spoiled items will only be replaced if you have purchased the Perishable Shipping or Next Day Air options.
Please note that the cooled shipping option is only able to retain the temperature of your goods for approximately 30-40 hours. We highly recommend pairing the cooling supplies with our faster Next Day Air shipping method for all heat sensitive and perishable items, which will help minimize exposure during transit. You may choose the slower shipping at your own risk, however we can not guarantee that the merchandise will arrive without damage during hotter temperature months of April - September. We strongly suggest Next Day & 2nd Day Air shipping for all perishable shipments.
We will not ship chocolate or perishable items later in the week, to avoid the package sitting in hot terminals or trucks during transit.

Signature Required
Orders over $100.00 are shipped insured delivery at no additional charge. A signature is required upon delivery.
Customized Orders
These items usually arrive within 2-4 weeks. For shipping timeframes on customized items shipped internationally, please contact customer service.
Special Orders
Certain in-stock items may require 5-15 business days for delivery. These special orders cannot be shipped to PO boxes or military addresses (APO, FPO, Guam, Puerto Rico and U.S. Virgin Islands).

In our continued effort to minimize waste and lessen our impact on the environment, please note that your order may arrive in a slightly used shipping box.
Other Shipping Terms
- For orders that require more than one package, the additional charge for second business day and next business day deliveries will be per package.
- Returns may affect final shipping charges. Shipping charges are not refundable unless merchandise is damaged or defective.
- Items requiring special delivery have shipping charges indicated in parentheses after the price. For those items only, the amount in parentheses is the total shipping charge.
- In compliance with U.S. Department of Transportation rules, restricted items must be delivered via standard shipping and cannot be shipped to APO, FPO & DPO addresses.
- If you change the shipping address after an order has shipped, there may be an additional charge.
Order Tracking
When your order ships, we will email the tracking information for your package. Our customer service agents sees the same tracking information as you. In some cases, international orders can take up to 6 weeks to clear customs. Most likely, your order is still in transit from one country to the next. Once it arrives at the next port, airport or destination, the package will be scanned and the tracking information will automatically update. If it has been over 7 weeks, please let us know and we can try to ship your order again.
Damaged Shipments
In the rare circumstance that your shipment arrives damaged, please report this damage to us within 7 days of receipt. You may be asked to send photographs of the box, packaging and items and to keep these items for a claim investigation by the carrier. A replacement order will be shipped to you accordingly.

International Duties & Taxes
International taxes, tariffs and value-added tax (VAT) will not e calculated into your final order total during Checkout. They are based on the purchased merchandise's country of origin or manufacturing and the classification of that merchandise in accordance with a harmonized system used by the country the order is delivered to.
You will be required to pay duties and taxes, along with any collection fees, to the shipping carrier upon receipt. If the due charges are not paid COD, the merchandise will be returned back to us and the customer will not be refunded any of the shipping charges.
