A multi-use vegan repairing treatment for head to toe: skin nourishing, lip balm, aftershave care and after-sun for the whole family. USAGE:
Nourishing facial treatment: Place a small amount of product in the palm of your hand before application and apply it to the skin with light circular movements, exerting light pressure to help it penetrate the skin.
Face Mask: Apply a tiny dab of balm to the face and leave it on for 15 minutes. Rinse off with lukewarm water.
Face Make-up Remover: A creamy cleansing balm that turns into an oil to help dissolve make-up, while minimizing the appearance of blemishes and redness. Rinse with MON SOIN NETTOYANT.
Eyelash and hair tip care: Using your finger, apply a tiny dab of balm to your bare eyelashes and wipe off the surplus using a cotton pad. For the hair, apply to the ends of your dry hair and leave on overnight. Rinse off with shampoo.

The unrefined organic precious oils of Raspberry Seed, Calendula, Wheat Germ and Castor, are recognized as having anti-inflammatory properties that relieve and nourish the skin, calming small skin irritations and leaving the skin with a radiant and even complexion.
These Nordic oils contain Linolenic acid, an omega-3 polyunsaturated fatty acid and Linoleic acid, an omega-6 polyunsaturated fatty acid. The high content of linoleic acid (Omega 6) is also involved in preventing cell aging. Linoleic acids are essential for the formation of the impermeable barrier of the epidermis. With a relaxing scent.
As a make-up remover the balm is a sensitive face and eye cleanser with anti-inflammatory and relaxing properties. A pure synergy of precious oils from the Nordic countries. Dissolves makeup and impurities and leaves your skin incredibly clear, soft and plumped, and your mind rejuvenated.

Perishable & Chocolate Shipping Options
During hotter months of April - September, perishable and products that melt easily require expedited 1-2 day shipping for $25.00 and will be packages with cold ice packs to keep your order cool during transit. Please note that ice packs will melt during transit but will keep your product cool during shipping.
Candy & Chocolate shipments are not guaranteed to arrive in solid form with out the purchase of this insulated packaging and shipping. We do not accept liability for melted merchandise without expedited shipping. Any melted or spoiled items will only be replaced if you have purchased the Perishable Shipping or Next Day Air options.
Please note that the cooled shipping option is only able to retain the temperature of your goods for approximately 30-40 hours. We highly recommend pairing the cooling supplies with our faster Next Day Air shipping method for all heat sensitive and perishable items, which will help minimize exposure during transit. You may choose the slower shipping at your own risk, however we can not guarantee that the merchandise will arrive without damage during hotter temperature months of April - September. We strongly suggest Next Day & 2nd Day Air shipping for all perishable shipments.
We will not ship chocolate or perishable items later in the week, to avoid the package sitting in hot terminals or trucks during transit.

Your order may arrive in multiple shipments at no additional cost to you. This allows for faster delivery of your order and some items ship direct from the fashion house in their respective country as listed under the product description.

Signature Required
Orders over $100.00 are shipped insured delivery at no additional charge. A signature is required upon delivery.
Customized Orders
These items usually arrive within 2-4 weeks. For shipping timeframes on customized items shipped internationally, please contact customer service.
Special Orders
Certain in-stock items may require 5-15 business days for delivery. These special orders cannot be shipped to PO boxes or military addresses (APO, FPO, Guam, Puerto Rico and U.S. Virgin Islands).

Other Shipping Terms
- For orders that require more than one package, the additional charge for second business day and next business day deliveries will be per package.
- Returns may affect final shipping charges. Shipping charges are not refundable unless merchandise is damaged or defective.
- Items requiring special delivery have shipping charges indicated in parentheses after the price. For those items only, the amount in parentheses is the total shipping charge.
- In compliance with U.S. Department of Transportation rules, restricted items must be delivered via standard shipping and cannot be shipped to APO, FPO & DPO addresses.
- If you change the shipping address after an order has shipped, there may be an additional charge.
Order Tracking
When your order ships, we will email the tracking information for your package. Our customer service agents sees the same tracking information as you. In some cases, international orders can take up to 6 weeks to clear customs. Most likely, your order is still in transit from one country to the next. Once it arrives at the next port, airport or destination, the package will be scanned and the tracking information will automatically update. If it has been over 7 weeks, please let us know and we can try to ship your order again.
Damaged Shipments
In the rare circumstance that your shipment arrives damaged, please report this damage to us within 7 days of receipt. You may be asked to send photographs of the box, packaging and items and to keep these items for a claim investigation by the carrier. A replacement order will be shipped to you accordingly.

International Shipping Options & Charges
International shipping costs will be calculated based on the items you are purchasing, your chosen shipping method and your shipping destination.
International Duties & Taxes
International taxes, tariffs and value-added tax (VAT) will not e calculated into your final order total during Checkout. They are based on the purchased merchandise's country of origin or manufacturing and the classification of that merchandise in accordance with a harmonized system used by the country the order is delivered to.
You will be required to pay duties and taxes, along with any collection fees, to the shipping carrier upon receipt. If the due charges are not paid COD, the merchandise will be returned back to us and the customer will not be refunded any of the shipping charges.
