Details: Linen is a natural fiber that ages more beautifully and more slowly than other textiles. To care for linen, first soak in lukewarm water for 20-30 minutes before washing. Wash with generous amount of water. Stretch after washing and hang to dry but if you want to machine dry, limit the amount of time in the dryer to just a few minutes then complete drying process by hanging. Tumble drying shortens life span of linen. Only wash when it’s dirty! Linen has a smooth surface that repels dirt and stays clean longer than other textiles.
