Here at The European Gift Store , we value our customers. Since your trust is of upmost importance to us, we want you to be completely happy with every purchase. If you are not satisfied, for any reason, we are glad to accept returns of saleable merchandise for a full refund or exchange.
Returns are accepted within 30 days of receipt.
Returned merchandise should be in the same condition as when you received it. Meaning it must be unworn, undamaged, saleable, with original tags and packaging (if applicable).
Altered items, special orders, food, perishable or personalized/monogrammed items, and items identified as "final sale" cannot be returned.
We reserve the right, at its sole discretion, to determine if returned merchandise is in saleable condition.
Shipping fees are non-refundable.
HOW TO RETURN OR EXCHANGE
The European Gift Store makes returns and exchanges as simple as possible.
1. Contact us for a return authorization by email at service@theeuropeangiftstore.com.
2. Please ship your return prepaid and insured and include a copy of the receipt so that your credit can be easily processed.
Enclose the Return section of the packing slip with your item(s), noting the reason(s) for return and whether you wish to exchange the item(s) or receive a credit or refund (based on your form of payment).
