Vive la Révolution
The snacking revolution began back in Paris in 2004. Michel and Augustin, two buddies from middle school, were tired of only finding unhealthy snacks made from artificial ingredients in their local grocery stores. They felt that people should be able to snack on delicious treats made from wholesome ingredients that don’t contain any additives or preservatives. They also wanted to celebrate their love of butter and all things golden and delicious — like our shortbread with chocolate and caramel. So they ditched their business suits for aprons…and the rest is history.
